As of October 24th, 2010, there have been more than 250 deaths and over 3,100 cases of Cholera in Haiti. In areas around where the outbreak is, people are handing out soap and water purifiers and are stressing the importance of hygiene. Even though the death rate has gone down, that does not mean the disease is going to be gone quickly.
